As you watch the video, move the highlighted text along by pressing f (and back with d).

Press e just before the speaker says the highlighted word. Sync the beginning of each sentence or phrase.

  i - pause/play
  j - seek back 1s
  k - seek forward 1s
  l - play a burst then rewind
  m - seek back a smidgen
  , - seek forward a smidgen

Text:
  e - sync word with video
  c - clear word sync

  f - forward (+shift to go forward a lot)
  d - backward (+shift to go back a lot)

Text + Video:
  s - seek to next synced word
  a - seek to prev synced word
